It takes everyone getting involved to keep the 24th Ward running smoothly.  That’s why this page is so important.  It provides 24/7 access to non-emergency city services.  You can report lights out on your block, potholes in the street, and order new garbage carts.  So many services can be requested with just a click.

Of course, we still want to hear from you, so please call us during regular business hours with any service request you have.  Also, the city’s 311 can be called to report a problem or request a service.

Remember, if want to report an emergency, always call 911 for the police and/or fire department.
